What is the first step once I join?
Once you join you will be emailed with a link to complete your pre-training medical questionnaire and you'll receive a call from one of our friendly team members to schedule your first training session. From there you'll be able to begin your 28-days.
What is your training schedule??
5:15am - 6:15am - 9:30am
5:15pm - 6:15pm - 7:15pm

Saturday: 8:00am
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.
Does it include a nutrition plan too?
Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals.
